FAQs

I have a question that’s not listed here!
Send us an email at theater@the-revival.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Which show should I see?

We’re proud to offer a range of shows to suit all kinds of tastes. What are you in the mood for? Check out our current lineup of shows here and see what catches your eye!

Is there an age restriction?

The Revival does not encourage parents to bring children under the age of 13 to evening performances. Children 13-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We also offer daytime performances that are specifically suited to young audiences. Check out our current lineup of shows here for more detail.

How can I purchase tickets to a show?

You can purchase tickets online at www.the-revival.com. Our box office is located at 906 S. Wabash Ave. However, walk-up ticket purchases are only offered during limited evening hours and tickets may not be available for “same day” performances. In other words, we encourage you to use the website!

Where will my seat be? What is “cabaret seating”?

When you arrive at the theater, our House Manager will assign your seat(s) based on your time of arrival and the size of your party. All seating is based on the discretion of the House Manager. Our tables are closer together because it's a nightclub. You'll always be seated with the people you came with, but expect to make some new friends too.

I can’t make it to the show anymore! What can I do with my ticket?

The Revival does not allow for any refunds. All sales are final. In rare cases, we may be able to move your ticket to a future show.

Is The Revival wheelchair accessible?

Yes! All of our facilities - including the lobby/bar, theater and restrooms - are wheelchair accessible.

Where are you located? How do I get there?

The Revival is located at 906 S. Wabash Ave. in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. We are easily accessible from two major “L” stops (Roosevelt and Harrison) and one Metra stop (11th Street). Any commercial rideshare company will bring you right to our front door. You can even catch a rickshaw from the lakefront during warm weather months!

Where can I park?

The Revival is located at 906 S. Wabash Ave. in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. Metered street parking can be found on all surrounding streets. Additionally, paid lots are available up and down South Wabash Avenue.

Does The Revival enforce a drink minimum?

Nope! Although we do not require a drink minimum, we do offer a full beverage menu inside our theater’s lobby and performance space.

Is there a dress code?

We are a casual establishment. You are welcome to get swanky in a suit or dress or get comfy in a pair of jeans and t-shirt. Whichever way you’re most comfortable.
